At D&K Suit City, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that altered garments and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn suit or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and hangers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, or visit one of our physical storefronts for an immediate exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
